Pandan is a plant, and its essence is typically used in many Southeast Asian desserts. In the Philippines, we typically use it in our desserts or simmer it in the rice cooker for a bright, floral flavor.
I make these cookies with much less sugar compared to other cookies out there, which makes them EVEN TASTIER!
Choose if you like: bright flavors like jasmine, vanilla, and mellow coconut flavors.
